How this customer-retention pilot uses your information
This pilot collects only the information needed to create your restaurant customer profile, issue rewards and, when you choose, send restaurant marketing messages.
Information we collect
We collect your first name and either an email address or phone number. Your birthday is optional.
We also record reward issuance and redemption, visits needed for retention statistics, and your current marketing preference.
Marketing choice
Marketing is optional. If you choose marketing, the restaurant may send offers, rewards and updates. You can withdraw that choice using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by asking the restaurant.
Birthday
Your birthday is optional. If you add it, it may be used to provide a birthday reward. You can skip it and still join.
Data handling
Customer data is kept separate by restaurant. The pilot does not collect payment-card details, customer photographs, contact lists or precise location data, and restaurant customer data is not sold.
Your requests
You may ask the restaurant to correct or delete your customer profile or to stop marketing. Some limited records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention or legitimate business record-keeping and can be anonymised where appropriate.

This notice describes the current pilot design. It is not a claim of legal compliance and should receive appropriate legal review before wider commercial release.
